Designed by Emma Silvestris in 2004, the Alessi Mediterraneo Fruit Holder is inspired by the rich marine life of the Mediterranean. It evokes the intricate beauty of coral reefs, once abundant in the region and used to trade for spices and perfumes. Available in three sizes, this polished, sculptural fruit holder is perfect for displaying fresh fruits, or as a standalone centrepiece in any contemporary kitchen or dining room. Dimensions: 33.5 (H) x 12 (W) x 33.5 (L) cm. Weight: 1.453kg. Designer: LPWK, Emma Silvestris Material: 18/10 stainless steel Colored with epoxy resin model no. ESI01/29. Alessi Fruit holder Metal Metal. Dimensions: H 10,8 cm - Ø 29 cm. Creator of jewels, Emma Silvestris proposes us a cup to the magnificent drawing. Very inspired, she celebrates the coral while transposing, in the split metal, the symbolic aura that since the antiquity always accompanied this precious organic matter. The harmony of the full and emptinesses of the embroidered lines confers a big elegance. This cutting Mediterraneo is available in steel inox but equally in a colored version, evidently in the characteristic tonality of red. Exist in two dimensions: diameter 21 or 29 cm.
