The Purely Home Tuna Diagram Worktop Protector is designed for home cooks and seafood enthusiasts who need a dedicated, durable surface for preparing fish and managing kitchen prep work. This sleek, black board serves as an elegant worktop protector that doubles as an educational piece, though its specialized design means it is primarily optimized for fish preparation rather than heavy-duty chopping of dense root vegetables.

It is recommended to hand wash the board with warm soapy water to preserve the finish and the diagram.
While it can be used for general prep, it is specifically optimized for fish; heavy chopping of dense vegetables may scratch the surface over time.
Please check your specific packaging for exact measurements as they may vary slightly by production batch.
The diagram is integrated into the design to ensure longevity under normal food preparation conditions.
It provides protection for warm dishes, but it is not intended to be used as a replacement for heavy-duty oven-safe trivets.
Place a thin, damp paper towel or a silicone mat underneath the protector to increase grip on smooth countertops.
Wipe with a clean, dry microfiber cloth after washing to ensure a streak-free appearance.
To begin using the protector, simply place it on a flat, dry section of your countertop. It is compatible with most standard kitchen surfaces including granite, laminate, and butcher block. For care, wipe down the board with warm, soapy water after each use. Avoid placing the board directly onto a scorching hot stovetop burner to maintain its finish. When not in use, it can be wiped dry and stored vertically or left flat on the counter as a permanent kitchen accessory.
