This pump is specifically constructed with Viton® seals to safely and effectively transfer AdBlue® (DEF). It can also be used for other low-viscosity fluids compatible with Viton®.
The pump dispenses approximately 330ml of fluid per lever stroke.

The pump comes with a 1" diameter by 2-meter long hose for extended reach.
After transferring AdBlue®, it is recommended to flush the pump with clean water. If used with other fluids, flush thoroughly with an appropriate cleaning agent compatible with Viton® seals.
The pump is designed with a dip-tube to suit 100L or 205L drums and features a 2" BSP connector for drum bung attachment.
Minor assembly is required to connect the hose and nozzle to the pump unit, and to attach the pump to the drum.
Ensure the pump is properly primed (may require a few initial strokes). Check that the dip-tube is submerged in the fluid and not blocked. Verify the 2" BSP connection is secure and the drum is not empty.
