Troubleshooting

Marker isn't writing after refilling.

Ensure the marker tip is properly saturated with ink. Try pressing the tip down several times to help the ink flow. If the marker is old, it might be time to replace it.

Ink is smudging.

Ensure the surface is clean and dry before writing. Allow the ink to dry completely before touching or handling the marked item.

Dispenser is not working.

Check the dispenser tip for any blockages. Gently squeeze the bottle to help the ink flow. If the dispenser is faulty, contact Edding support.
