A water resistance rating of 50 meters (5 ATM) means your watch is suitable for everyday wear, including splashes, rain, and showering. It is NOT recommended for swimming, diving, or prolonged submersion, and you should never operate the pushers or crown while the watch is wet.

Wipe the case and bracelet regularly with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. For the sapphire crystal, you can use a slightly damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or abrasive cleaners, which can damage the watch's finish.

This watch uses a standard quartz watch battery. The typical battery life is 2 to 3 years. We recommend having the battery replaced by a professional watchmaker to ensure the watch's water resistance is maintained after the case back is opened.

The sub-dials are part of the chronograph function. They typically measure elapsed seconds, minutes, and/or hours when the chronograph is activated, allowing you to time events accurately.

Sapphire crystal is highly scratch-resistant, making it one of the most durable materials for watch crystals. While extremely difficult to scratch under normal use, it is not entirely scratch-proof and can still be damaged by impacts or contact with extremely hard materials like diamonds.

PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) is a process used to apply a thin, durable, and decorative coating to materials like stainless steel. In your watch, it provides the yellow gold color and adds to the scratch resistance of the case, enhancing its longevity and aesthetic appeal.

This typically indicates a drained battery. Take your watch to a certified watchmaker to have the battery replaced. If it's a new watch, ensure the plastic stopper under the crown (if any) has been removed and the crown is pushed in.

First, ensure the time is set correctly for AM/PM (the date changes around midnight, not noon). If the date changes at noon, you need to advance the hour hand by 12 hours. If the issue persists, the date mechanism might be stuck; consult a watchmaker.

Some quartz chronographs allow for recalibration of the chronograph hands. Pull the crown out to the furthest position. Use the pushers (refer to your watch's specific manual, often the top pusher for the seconds hand, bottom for sub-dials) to advance the hands until they are perfectly aligned at the 12 o'clock position. Push the crown back in.

This suggests moisture has entered the watch case, potentially compromising the water resistance seals. Immediately take the watch to a watchmaker for inspection and repair to prevent damage to the movement.

The bracelet needs to be adjusted. This usually involves adding or removing links. We strongly recommend having this service performed by a professional jeweler or watchmaker to prevent damage to the bracelet or clasp.
