The Trekmates Witton Gloves in Grey are designed for adult women seeking reliable hand protection during cold weather activities. Their key benefit lies in combining warmth with excellent dexterity and grip, allowing for phone use and secure handling of equipment. A potential caveat is that while fleece-backed, they are primarily designed for moderate cold rather than extreme arctic conditions. These gloves feature a cozy fleece backhand, a stretch jersey palm and fingers for a snug fit, a silicone grip for enhanced control, and quick-drying, moisture-wicking properties. They are also touchscreen compatible.

No, the Trekmates Witton Gloves are not waterproof. They are designed to be water-resistant and quick-drying, managing moisture from sweat, but will not keep hands dry in heavy rain or submersion.
These gloves are best suited for cool to moderately cold conditions. They are ideal for activities where dexterity is needed and temperatures are typically above freezing, but can provide comfort in slightly colder weather when combined with good circulation.
Refer to the brand's sizing chart, typically available from the retailer. Measure the circumference of your palm and the length of your hand to find the best fit.
It is recommended to hand wash these gloves in cool water with a mild detergent. Machine washing, especially with agitation, could damage the fabric and grip.
The silicone grip is designed for durability during normal use. Excessive abrasion or improper washing may accelerate wear. Gentle care will help maintain the grip's effectiveness.
The fabric on the fingertips is made conductive, allowing it to register input on capacitive touchscreens, similar to a bare finger.
Yes, their moisture-wicking properties and dexterity make them suitable for moderately active sports like hiking, cycling, and trail running in cool weather. For high-exertion activities in extreme cold, more specialized gear might be needed.
Ensure the glove surface is clean and dry. Moisture can interfere with conductivity. Press firmly and ensure good contact with the screen.
These gloves are designed for moderate cold. For extreme temperatures, consider layering with a thinner liner glove or opt for more heavily insulated gloves. Ensure a proper fit without being too tight, which can restrict circulation.
Check the silicone grip areas for dirt or debris and clean them gently with a damp cloth. If the grip has significantly worn down due to heavy use, its effectiveness may be reduced.
This is normal if the user's hands sweated. Allow gloves to air dry completely after each use. Ensure they are fully dry before storing to prevent odor and material degradation.
Setup: These gloves require no setup. Simply wear them for immediate use.
Compatibility: The primary compatibility feature is their touchscreen capability, designed to work with most capacitive touchscreens on smartphones and tablets. The unisex design makes them suitable for adult hands.
