Setup, Compatibility & Care
No complex setup is required; this trowel arrives ready for immediate use. To ensure the longevity of your tool, follow these care instructions:
- Cleaning: Always wash the blade thoroughly with water immediately after use to prevent plaster buildup, which can harden and become difficult to remove.
- Drying: Wipe the stainless steel blade with a dry cloth to prevent water spots. Ensure the cork handle is kept away from harsh chemical solvents that could break down the material.
- Storage: Store the trowel in a dry area. Avoid tossing the tool into a bucket with other heavy metal tools, as this can nick the precision edge of the blade.
- Compatibility: This tool is compatible with all standard gypsum plasters and skim coat compounds.
