Designed for trailer owners seeking a durable yet lightweight solution for debris protection, the AB Tools 10-inch plastic mudguards offer a practical alternative to heavy steel fenders. These fenders are ideal for personal or commercial trailers, providing excellent impact resistance against road debris without the rust risks associated with metal alternatives. Users should note that while the injection-molded polyethylene is highly resilient, it is specifically designed for 10-inch wheel setups, so precise measurement is required to ensure proper tire clearance.

These are designed specifically for 10-inch wheels. Please check your tire size before purchase.
Polyethylene is a low-energy surface that does not hold paint well. It is recommended to leave them in their original finish.
The kit includes the brackets and pre-drilled holes; you will need to provide standard automotive bolts to attach the fender to the bracket.
The brackets are adjustable, but compatibility depends on the width of your trailer chassis rails.
No, the polyethylene construction is rust-proof, and the steel brackets are treated for corrosion resistance.
Adjust the offset using the slots in the mounting brackets to move the mudguard further away from the trailer side.
The provided 7mm holes are standard; if your chassis requires different spacing, use a metal drill bit to create new holes in the 6mm steel brackets.
Installation requires basic hand tools to mount the brackets to your trailer frame. Before drilling or fastening, verify that the 10-inch wheel diameter fits within the 23cm height of the mudguard curve.
For care, these mudguards require no specialized treatment. Simply wash with soap and water to remove road grime. Periodically check the mounting bolts on the steel brackets for tightness, especially after the first 50 miles of towing.
