Troubleshooting

Odors are becoming noticeable

The carbon filter may be saturated. Replace the filter with a new one to restore odor-neutralizing performance.

Bag keeps slipping inside the caddy

Ensure you are using the correct 5L or 6L bag size and check that the bag is pulled taut over the rim before closing the lid.

Mounting bracket feels loose

Check that the screws are tightened correctly and that the mounting surface is solid and level.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To set up your EasyEco Caddy, decide if you prefer countertop placement or wall mounting. If mounting, ensure you are drilling into an appropriate surface for the provided hardware. For daily use, insert a 5L or 6L compostable bag, ensuring the edges are tucked securely inside.

Care Instructions:

  • Replace the carbon filter according to the manufacturer's suggested interval to ensure maximum odor absorption.
  • Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners that may degrade the plastic surface.
