Trend Professional TCT Router Cutter 46/2 1/4" Shank. Self-guiding trimmers with bearings mounted on the end of the cutter. Ideal for trimming plastic or plywood overlay. For copy profiling, use the bearing to follow a template or the base edge of the board. An approximate 3mm overlap should be left before copy profiling. When using plastic laminate, allow adhesive to dry before trimming to avoid clogging the guide bearing. Features a downcut to prevent breakout on veneer. Specifications: Shank Diameter: 1/4 inch, Diameter Metric: 19.1 mm (3/4 inch), Cut Length Metric: 14 mm, Overall Length Metric: 60 mm, Bearing Diameter Metric: 19.1 mm (3/4 inch), Shear Angle: 5 degrees.
