The down may have clumped. Place the jacket in a tumble dryer on a low heat setting with a few clean tennis balls. This helps to break up clumps and restore the down's loft.

Gently try to move the zipper up and down. If it continues to stick, apply a small amount of graphite pencil lead or a wax-based lubricant to the teeth of the zipper.

For small spots, you can try dabbing the area with a slightly damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid saturating the fabric. For larger stains, professional dry cleaning is recommended.
