The DeWALT DCS520 Plunge Saw 54v offers the power of corded tools with the convenience of cordless operation. Its 42-tooth blade ensures a fine, accurate finish with minimal breakout, especially on laminates. Key features include parallel plunge action for a smooth and consistent hand position during cutting, and an anti-kickback function that prevents the saw from moving backward along the rail or climbing out of the workpiece during plunge cuts. With a 55mm depth of cut, it's suitable for trimming and sizing most common door sizes, and the enclosed guard provides approximately 90% dust extraction. Variable speed control allows users to set the optimal speed for different materials, and easy rail adjustment ensures quick and accurate alignment with the guide rail. The saw is powered by 54V XR FLEXVOLT Li-ion batteries.
