Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
- Determine Placement: Measure and mark the desired locations for the new handles on your cabinets or drawers.
- Drill Holes: If replacing existing hardware, use the old holes. If installing on new surfaces, drill pilot holes according to the screw size provided.
- Attach Handles: Align the handle with the drilled holes and insert the provided screws from the inside of the cabinet/drawer.
- Tighten Screws: Securely tighten the screws with a screwdriver, ensuring the handle is firm but not overtightened to avoid damaging the material.
Compatibility:
These handles are designed with standard dimensions (185mm length, 19mm width, 19mm depth) to fit most common cabinet and drawer designs. They are compatible with wood, MDF, and laminate surfaces. Ensure your existing hole spacing, if any, aligns with the handle's screw placement or be prepared to drill new holes.
Care:
To maintain the Matt Black finish, clean the handles regularly with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners, harsh chemicals, or scouring pads, as these can scratch or damage the finish. For stubborn marks, a mild soap and water solution can be used, followed by drying with a clean, soft cloth.
