Troubleshooting
Figures are sliding off the shelf
Ensure the figures are placed directly on the integrated metal strips. If they are placed on the wood surface between strips, they will not be held securely.
Shelf feels unstable on the wall
Check that the mounting screws are properly anchored into the wall studs or appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors for your specific wall material.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation requires standard wall-mounting hardware appropriate for your wall type (e.g., drywall anchors for plasterboard). Ensure the shelf is level before securing it to the wall to maintain the integrity of the letter shape. The shelf is compatible with the standard Toniebox charging station. For care, simply wipe down the surfaces with a dry or slightly damp soft cloth to remove dust. Avoid using abrasive household cleaners or chemicals, as these may damage the finish of the grey coating. Regularly check that the screws remain tight to ensure the shelf stays securely mounted over time.
