FAQs

How do I adjust the strap?

Locate the adjustment buckles on the straps. Adjust the length of the straps by sliding the buckles to the desired position. Ensure the bag sits comfortably on your back, with the weight distributed evenly.

What kind of golf bags is this strap compatible with?

The IZZO IONETIX Dual Strap is designed to fit all right- or left-handed golf carry bags.

How do I clean the strap?

Wipe the strap with a damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners that could damage the material.

What is the warranty on the IZZO IONETIX Dual Strap?

All IZZO products come with a 1-year manufacturer warranty that includes defects and workmanship.

The straps are too long; can they be shortened?

Yes, the straps are adjustable. Slide the buckles to shorten the straps and ensure a snug fit.

What makes this strap better than a single-strap?

The dual-strap design distributes weight more evenly across both shoulders and the swivel technology allows for more comfortable movement while carrying the bag.

The bag feels too high or low. How do I fix this?

Adjust the straps. Shorten the straps to make the bag sit higher, or lengthen them to lower the bag's position on your back.

Troubleshooting

Strap feels uncomfortable or causes shoulder strain.

Readjust the straps to ensure a proper fit. Make sure the weight is distributed evenly across both shoulders.

Straps are slipping or loosening during use.

Tighten the adjustment buckles and ensure they are securely fastened.

Straps are not compatible with the golf bag.

Ensure that the bag is a carry bag and not a cart bag. Check the bag for the appropriate attachment points for the straps.
