Troubleshooting
Stones remain loose after application
Ensure sufficient drying time (72 hours) was provided in optimal conditions (warm, dry, above 5°C). Reapplication may be necessary if conditions were not met or coverage was insufficient. Check that the stone size is within the recommended 4-20mm range.
Uneven or patchy finish
Ensure the glue was applied evenly and thoroughly, especially for the recommended three coats. Use a brush or spreader to distribute the product evenly during application. Address any dry patches by reapplying.
Glue appears too thick or difficult to spread
The product is ready-to-use. Ensure you are applying it evenly. If the product has been exposed to extreme temperatures, allow it to return to room temperature. Avoid diluting the product.
Product not adhering to stones
Verify that the stones and application area were clean and dry before application. Any dust, dirt, or moisture can prevent proper adhesion. Reapply to a clean, dry surface.
