A multi-insert jig for routing different styles of draining grooves in solid timber and compact laminate worktops. It features multiple groove inserts allowing for various groove patterns and removable inserts for quality checks without moving the jig. The jig incorporates Flex-Tech technology to prevent bowing and improve accuracy, ensuring a constant 0.5° fall for water drainage. CNC-machined from Compact Grade HPL, it offers precision, strength, and durability. It includes 3 support screws to minimize jig deflection and maximize router support. The jig has etched sight lines for quick setup and an in-built 5° fall to minimize setup time. The standard pack contains 1 x DGPLUS with one insert plate (Straight and straight fan), but it can also be purchased with 2 inserts (Straight and straight fan plus Curved Fan and Lightning Fan). The patented Anti-Bow technology uses stainless steel grub screws set to the work surface to stop dishing and prevent water pooling. It can be used with various cutters and is suitable for solid timber, polymer resins, and compact laminates. Laser-etched markings assist in fast and accurate setup. Use with any plunge router with a 30mm Guide Bush. Designed, manufactured, and patented in the UK.
