The Centurion 25mm Butt Hinges are designed for precision crafters, model makers, and cabinet installers who require a reliable and aesthetically pleasing hardware solution. Featuring a durable construction with a sophisticated bronze finish, these hinges offer smooth operation and a professional look for small-scale projects. While they are ideal for lightweight cabinetry and intricate woodwork, users should note that their 25mm size is specifically suited for smaller applications rather than heavy-duty door installations.

These hinges are primarily designed for interior cabinet and model work; outdoor use may lead to premature weathering of the bronze finish.
No, these are 25mm precision hinges intended for small-scale applications, not heavy or large-sized doors.
Yes, the product includes all necessary screws required to install the hinges immediately upon receipt.
They are constructed from durable materials finished in a bronze coating for both strength and visual appeal.
It is not recommended, as paint may interfere with the hinge's mechanical movement and smooth operation.
Ensure the mortise depth is consistent across both the frame and the door edge.
Fill the hole with a small amount of wood glue and a wooden toothpick, let dry, and re-drive the screw.
Apply a tiny drop of light machine oil to the hinge pin and work the hinge back and forth.
To install these hinges, ensure your surface is level and mark your hole positions accurately using a sharp scribe. Because these hinges are 25mm, verify that the thickness of your material is sufficient to accommodate the screw depth provided. Use a manual screwdriver rather than a high-torque power drill to avoid stripping the screw heads. To maintain the bronze finish, wipe periodically with a dry, soft cloth. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners or abrasive pads, as these may strip the finish or cause premature tarnishing.
