It is not recommended to place extremely hot cookware directly from the stove onto the placemats, as the heat may damage the integrity of the adhesive holding the crystals.
These are designed for indoor use. Exposure to high humidity, rain, or direct outdoor sunlight may cause clouding of the mirror or damage to the base materials.
The most effective method is using a canned air duster or a soft, dry makeup brush to gently loosen and remove dust from between the crystal pieces.
Yes, the back is finished with a protective layer to ensure it does not scratch your furniture surfaces during standard use.
The set is packaged as a combination of 4 coasters and 2 placemats; check the available product variants for alternative sets if you only require one or the other.
Use a standard glass cleaner applied sparingly to a microfiber cloth, then buff the mirror surface gently.
Avoid shaking the items; use a soft-bristled brush to remove dust from the crystal grooves, as standard wiping may catch on the texture.
Place a small, clear silicone grip pad or felt sticker on the bottom corners to ensure the piece stays in place.
Setting up your DEENZ set involves simply placing the items on your table. Ensure the surface is wiped clean of dust first, as debris under the glass can scratch wood surfaces over time. To clean, use a soft, dry microfiber cloth to wipe away fingerprints from the mirrored border and a gentle duster for the crystal center. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents or harsh chemicals that could cloud the mirror or damage the bonding of the crystals. If you spill liquid, wipe it up immediately with a soft cloth to prevent moisture from settling into the seams.
