Full details
Ideal for burr-free drilling and reaming of sheet metal, pipes and profiles. Manufactured with TiAlN- (titanium-aluminium-nitride) coating, this step drill bit is optimum for stainless steel machining. It features a surface hardness of approximately 3000 HV and a "Chamfering" deburring zone, allowing for drilling and deburring in a single work step. The bit includes laser scaling for hole diameter and speeds, spiral grooves for optimum cutting power and endurance, and a ROTASTOP® comfort shaft to prevent slippage in the drill chuck. Specifications: Bore Diameter 4 to 12mm, Length 80mm, Shaft Diameter 6mm, Step Spacing 1mm.
