Full details

The Milwaukee BOLT™ 100 Vented Safety Helmet is designed for maximum comfort and protection. It features the BOLT™ system for seamless accessory compatibility and a comfortable wheel ratchet adjustment. The helmet is made from lightweight ABS material with a 6-point suspension system and a replaceable sweatband. It is certified to EN 397 and EN 50365 standards, offering protection against impacts, lateral deformation, extreme temperatures, and electrical hazards up to 1000V. The helmet fits head sizes from 52–68 cm and is available in eight glossy colours. The shell is made of ABS for light weight and it has 6 points suspension for more comfort. The sweatband is changeable and comfortable. This helmet is certified as per EN 397:2012 with optional requirement for Multi Metal, extreme temperatures -30°C, Lateral Deformation, and Electrical insulation 440 V a.c. (electrical insulation 440V under EN397 just on the unvented version). It is also certified as per EN 50365:2002 Electrical class 0 for installations with nominal voltage up to 1000V A.C. and 1500V D.C. in vented and unvented version. The helmet should be transported in sufficiently robust packaging to prevent accidental damage and stored in a proper storage bag or closed cabinet away from direct sunlight, cold, humidity, and exhaust fumes, at a storage temperature between +5°C to +35°C.
