Full details
This FloPlast 110mm Fire Protection Collar is manufactured from a high-performance material bonded to the inside of a steel sleeve. On exposure to heat from a fire, it rapidly expands inwards to squeeze the collapsing plastic pipe until the aperture is completely sealed. The intumescent lining reacts under extreme high temperatures, expanding to block the opening and the potential fire path. This collar is clamped into position around a 110mm PVC soil pipe and has a fire rating of up to 4 hours. 50mm, 82mm and 160mm options are also available to order.
