Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the target surface is hard, clean, and flat. Sweep and mop thoroughly, removing all dirt, dust, and debris. Allow the floor to dry completely. For installation over concrete or untreated wood subfloors, apply a thin, even coat of latex primer and let it dry according to the primer manufacturer's instructions.
Compatibility: Suitable for application on smooth, flat surfaces such as existing smooth ceramic tiles, finished wood flooring, or hardboard. Avoid installing over uneven surfaces like floorboards, floating floors, unsealed concrete, existing cracked tiles, vinyl with deep texture, linoleum, carpet, or floors with radiant heating.
Care: Clean spills immediately with a damp cloth. For regular cleaning, use a mild soap and water solution with a soft mop or cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the finish. Sweep or vacuum regularly to remove grit that could scratch the surface.
