The 3M DBI-SALA Nano-Lok Personal Self Retracting Lifeline is a compact and lightweight lifeline designed for working at height. It features a smart-activating brake system with a fall clearance as low as 1.2 m (4 ft.) up to 4 m (13 ft.), reducing fall clearance compared to traditional lanyards. The lifeline is constructed from 19 mm (3/4) Dyneema fibre and polyester web and includes aluminum rebar hook ends and a quick connector for harness mounting. Its lightweight speed connect system aims to reduce connection and disconnection time by up to 60%, improving productivity. The durable nitrile rubber energy absorber cover is designed for longevity. The lifeline is equipped with a 3M Connected Safety ID (CSID), a pre-programmed RFID tag for easier equipment tracking and management via the 3M Inspection and Asset Management System. It has an average arrest force of 400 daN and a maximum arrest force of 600 daN, with a weight capacity of 140 kg for a single user. This model is a twin-leg configuration.
