Full details
ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs, manufactured in Lesjöfors, Sweden using cold coiling technology. Each spring undergoes a multi-stage process, including shot peening to improve fatigue strength and prevent breakage. ROC springs are protected from corrosion by Zinc Phosphate, offering galvanic protection, and are further coated with epoxy powder resin paint for enhanced durability. All springs are inspected and tested to meet the highest quality standards, with production codes and batch numbers for full traceability. Safety is paramount; suspension springs should always be replaced in axle pairs to maintain vehicle balance and handling. Ensure correct spring size and end shapes before fitting, and follow instructions from a recognized repair manual. Compressed springs hold significant force, so always use appropriate tools and have springs fitted by a competent person. Check spring pans, bushings, and link-arms for damage. After installation, ensure springs are correctly located. Wheel alignment should also be checked. ROC springs are manufactured in accordance with ISO9001 & ISO14001, and in an IATF16949 environment.
