Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure your subfloor is clean, dry, level, and smooth before installation. Minor imperfections can be compensated for by the flooring's thickness, but significant unevenness should be addressed. Follow manufacturer guidelines for your specific installation method (e.g., glue-down, click-lock).
Compatibility: Suitable for most standard subfloors, including concrete, wood, and existing vinyl. It can be installed in most areas of the home, including kitchens and bathrooms, due to its water-resistant nature. Avoid installation in areas with extreme temperature fluctuations.
Care: Regular cleaning involves dry sweeping or vacuuming to remove loose dirt and debris. For deeper cleaning, use a damp mop with a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the surface finish. Promptly wipe up any spills to prevent staining.
