Avoca is an effective treatment for removing warts and verrucas. The active ingredient, silver nitrate, destroys warts when applied to the skin. It comes in the form of a cutaneous stick, making it easy to apply directly to the affected area for targeted treatment. This treatment can also remove excess tissue formed when wounds heal. For usage, a single drop of clean water should be placed on a non-absorbent surface, then the tip of the stick should be gently moved in the water for 20 seconds. The water containing Avoca should be applied to the area to be treated, making sure the entire area is covered. After 24 hours, the black surface of the treated area should be filed away.
