FAQs

Is the mattress included?

No, the bed frame is sold separately from the mattress.

How long does assembly take?

While assembly time varies by individual, it is designed to be straightforward for two people using the included instructions.

Can I use a memory foam mattress?

Yes, the supportive slatted base is compatible with most mattress types, including memory foam.

What should I do if the color looks different in my room?

Color appearance can vary based on your room's natural lighting and screen settings. The cream fabric is designed to be a versatile, neutral tone.

Is the bed suitable for children?

The bed is designed for standard adult use, though it can be used for any bedroom provided the size is appropriate.

Troubleshooting

The bed frame feels unstable after assembly

Check all bolts and screws to ensure they are fully tightened. Ensure the support legs under the slats are touching the floor evenly.

Squeaking sounds while moving

Verify that all connections between the side rails and the head/footboard are secure, as friction between loose metal parts often causes noise.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Sophisticated and luxurious aesthetic with scrolled design
  • Versatile neutral color palette fits many bedroom styles
  • Provides reliable mattress support through integrated slats
  • Adds a distinctive focal point to the room

Cons

  • Requires complete self-assembly upon delivery
  • Upholstered fabric requires periodic cleaning to prevent staining
  • Large footprint may not be ideal for very compact bedrooms

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Assembly: The bed frame is shipped in components requiring self-assembly. It is recommended to have two people present to align the side rails with the heavy headboard and footboard pieces. Use only the provided hardware and follow the included manual closely to ensure all structural fasteners are tightened securely.

Compatibility: This model is built for standard UK mattress dimensions. Before purchasing, verify that your current mattress size matches the specific variant of your bed frame (Small Single, Single, Small Double, Double, King, or Super King).

Care: To keep the cream upholstery looking its best, gently vacuum with an upholstery attachment to remove dust. Blot spills immediately with a clean, dry cloth; do not rub, as this can push stains deeper into the fibers. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the fabric finish.
