- Induction stovetops
- Electric stovetops
- Gas stovetops
- Ceramic stovetops
Care & Maintenance
- Cleaning: While the pans are dishwasher safe, handwashing with warm, soapy water and a soft sponge is highly recommended to preserve the non-stick coating and the luster of the copper exterior for a longer period. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scourers.
- Non-Stick Preservation: To extend the life of the ceramic non-stick, use wooden, silicone, or nylon utensils. Avoid metal utensils which can scratch and damage the surface.
- Heat Management: Cook on low to medium heat. High heat can degrade the non-stick coating over time and cause food to stick. The copper exterior is designed to be heat-resistant, but always use appropriate burner sizes.
- Storage: Utilize the integrated hanging loops for convenient and scratch-free storage. If stacking, place a cloth or pan protector between pans to prevent scratching the interior or exterior finishes.
