This Swarfega Hand Protect is a perfume-free, non-greasy, pre-work skin cream designed to help protect hands against contact with water and non-water based contaminants, including dry powders. It is suitable for a wide range of working environments with moderate exposure to varying types of water and oil-based substances. The cream is dermatologically tested and shown to be non-irritating in use, leaving a pleasant, non-tacky protective film on the skin to encourage regular use without affecting dexterity. It contains Glycerin to moisturise and prevent drying, Xanthan Gum to stabilise the protective film, and Kaolin to help prevent skin pores from becoming blocked by oil-based substances. The product is silicone-free, reducing the risk of silicone-related compatibility issues. It is compatible with latex, vinyl, and nitrile gloves.
