FAQs
Does this divan base include a mattress?
No, this product is the divan base only. The mattress must be purchased separately.
Can I attach any headboard to this base?
The base is compatible with most standard bolt-on headboards, but you should verify the mounting points align with your specific headboard model.
What are the exact dimensions?
The base measures 36.0 cm in height, 150.0 cm in width, and 200.0 cm in depth.
Is the assembly difficult?
The base is designed for easy assembly. It typically involves connecting the base sections and attaching the gliders.
Can I move the drawers to the other side later?
Yes, the design is universal, allowing you to reposition the storage drawers to either side of the bed base.
Troubleshooting
Base feels unstable or wobbly
Ensure all gliders are tightened and that the floor surface is level. Adjust the gliders if necessary to compensate for minor floor imperfections.
Drawers are difficult to open
Check that the base is perfectly square and that no debris has fallen into the drawer tracks. Ensure the base has not been overtightened during assembly which may bind the frame.
Base sections are misaligned
Check the linking clips between the base units to ensure they are fully engaged and locked in the 'closed' position.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Assembly: The base is designed for straightforward assembly. Ensure you have ample floor space before beginning. Once positioned, attach the chrome gliders to the bottom of the frame using the provided hardware. If your model includes drawers, follow the instruction manual to secure them to your preferred side of the base.
Compatibility: This base measures 150 cm by 200 cm, which corresponds to a standard King size. Ensure your bedroom entry points are measured prior to delivery, as the base units are substantial. As the headboard is not included, ensure any separate headboard you purchase is compatible with standard divan bolt-on fittings.
Care: To keep your base in top condition, vacuum the fabric upholstery occasionally using a soft brush attachment. If you need to clean the exterior, use a damp, soft cloth with mild soap; avoid harsh chemicals that could discolor the grey fabric. Periodically check the bolts and gliders to ensure they remain tight.
