FAQs
Is the Bullpadel Hack 05 27 suitable for beginners?
This racket is designed for professional and advanced-level players. Beginners may find the diamond shape and stiffness difficult to manage.
What is the weight of the racket?
The racket weighs between 365g and 375g, which falls into the standard professional weight range.
Can I remove the Hesacore grip?
Yes, the grip can be removed if you prefer a standard overgrip, though the racket is optimized for use with the Hesacore system.
Does the racket include a cover?
Please check with your specific retailer, as some distributions include a thermal cover while others are sold as the racket frame only.
What is the primary benefit of the Tricarbon 18K faces?
The 18K carbon fiber offers high rigidity, which results in faster ball rebound and increased power on offensive shots.
How often should I replace the grip?
Replace the overgrip as needed based on wear and sweat accumulation, typically every 10-15 hours of intense play.
Troubleshooting
Excessive vibrations during hard smashes
Check that the Hesacore grip is properly seated and that the Vibradrive system is free from debris.
Difficulty in controlling lobs
The racket's medium-hard feel demands a shorter backswing on defensive shots; focus on follow-through rather than force.
Racket surface losing spin capability
Gently clean the 3D Grain surface with a soft, slightly damp cloth to remove accumulated dust and ball felt.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Exceptional power delivery for offensive baseline play
- High-quality 18K carbon construction ensures durability and performance consistency
- Innovative vibration dampening systems reduce physical strain during long matches
- Advanced aerodynamic design makes the heavy racket feel maneuverable
Cons
- The medium-hard feel requires high technical skill to master
- Diamond shape has a smaller sweet spot compared to round or teardrop rackets
- Weight of 365-375g can lead to fatigue for players not accustomed to heavier frames
Setup, Compatibility & Care
The racket comes pre-fitted with a professional-grade Hesacore grip, which should be inspected regularly for wear. Because the racket is designed for high-performance, it is recommended to use a protective frame protector tape to prevent damage against the cage during play. To maintain the structural integrity of the 18K carbon fibers, avoid storing the racket in extreme temperatures, such as inside a vehicle during summer or winter months, as temperature fluctuations can affect the density of the core and the elasticity of the frame. Ensure the racket is stored in a padded thermal bag when not in use to preserve the materials.
