The Hemline Kilt Pins are ideal for garment makers, kilt wearers, and jewelry enthusiasts looking for a reliable, traditional fastening solution. These 75mm silver pins provide a secure hold for heavy fabrics and serve as a versatile base for crafting custom brooches, though the 75mm size may be too large for delicate or lightweight materials.

Each pack of Hemline Kilt Pins contains two pins.
These pins measure 75mm in length.
It is not recommended, as the gauge of the pin is designed for heavy fabrics like wool and may leave noticeable holes in lighter materials.
They feature a silver-colored finish rather than being solid sterling silver.
Yes, many crafters slide beads directly onto the pin or wire-wrap jewelry components to the shaft.
Check if the fabric is too thick or dense; ensure the pin point is aligned correctly with the clasp housing.
Carefully inspect the clasp mechanism for debris and ensure the wire is not bent out of its original alignment.
To install the pin on a kilt, ensure you are catching only the apron layer to maintain proper drape. When using these for jewelry, ensure your beads have an internal diameter large enough to slide over the pin wire. To maintain the finish, keep the pins dry to prevent oxidation. If the pin becomes stiff, a light wipe with a clean, dry cloth is usually sufficient. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they may dull the silver plating.
