ROC offers a wide range of standard and heavy-duty replacement springs manufactured in Lesjöfors, Sweden. Utilizing cold coiling technology and a multi-stage process, ROC springs ensure optimal performance and longevity. Each spring undergoes shot peening for enhanced fatigue strength and is protected against corrosion by Zinc Phosphate and an electrostatically applied epoxy powder resin coating. All springs are inspected, tested, and marked with a production code and batch number for full traceability. For safety, suspension springs must be replaced in axle pairs to maintain vehicle balance and handling. Ensure correct spring size and end shapes before fitting. Use specialized tools for compression and have springs fitted by a competent person following repair manual instructions. Check spring pans, bushings, and link-arms for damage. Verify correct spring location after installation and have wheel alignment checked. ROC springs comply with ISO9001 & ISO14001 standards and are produced in an IATF16949 environment.
