Press the Delay Start button and use the arrow buttons to set the desired delay time (up to 24 hours). Then, press the Start/Pause button to activate the delay.
It is recommended to clean the detergent drawer regularly, ideally every few weeks, or when you notice a buildup of detergent and fabric softener.
Make sure the machine is placed on a level surface. Also, ensure the load is balanced. If the problem persists, reduce the load size or redistribute the items inside the drum.
The Kilo Detector uses sensors to detect the size of the load and automatically adjusts the amount of water and electricity used, helping to conserve resources and reduce waste.
Download the Candy Simply-Fi app on your Android smartphone, enable NFC, and bring your phone close to the washing machine to access additional features, tips, and troubleshooting information.
You can use liquid or powder detergents, as well as fabric softeners. Always follow the manufacturer's instructions on the detergent packaging for dosage.
Locate the pump filter at the bottom front of the machine. Open the small access panel, place a container to catch water, unscrew the filter, and remove any debris. Rinse the filter and re-install it.
Check if the machine is properly plugged in and the power outlet is working. Also, check the fuse.
Ensure the water tap is fully open and check the water inlet hose for any kinks or blockages. Verify that the water pressure is adequate.
Check the drain hose for any blockages or kinks. Clean the pump filter, typically located at the bottom front of the machine. Make sure the drain hose is at the correct height.
Ensure the machine is level. Check for any items, like coins, that may have gotten caught in the drum or pump.
Check if the spin cycle is selected and if the load is balanced. Reduce the load size if necessary, and ensure that the drain hose is not blocked.
Consult the user manual for specific error code meanings and troubleshooting steps. If problems persist, contact customer service.
