Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation:
- Identify the desired location for the bollard.
- Mark two points on the ground, approximately 125mm apart, where the bollard's base plate will be secured.
- Using a 17mm drill bit, drill two holes to a depth of 140mm at the marked points.
- Insert the provided raw plugs into the drilled holes.
- Position the bollard's base plate over the holes.
- Secure the bollard firmly using the provided fixings and a manual tool.
Compatibility:
This bollard is designed for installation on solid, level surfaces such as concrete or asphalt. It is compatible with most standard driveways, parking bays, and loading areas. Ensure the ground surface is stable enough to support the bollard and withstand potential vehicle pressure.
Care:
To maintain the bollard's condition and appearance, periodically clean it with a damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners that could damage the paintwork. Check the hinges and locking mechanism occasionally to ensure they operate smoothly. Inspect the fixings periodically to confirm they remain secure.
