The Durable Basic Letter Trays are ideal for professionals and students looking to maintain an organized workspace and efficiently manage A4 documents. Their key benefit lies in their stackable, modular design, allowing for maximized space and customizable organization. A potential caveat is that while they are eco-friendly, the high-gloss finish may show fingerprints over time. This set of six trays offers a minimalist aesthetic with German engineering for durability and efficient document management.

While the trays are designed to be stackable, the stability and practicality of stacking more than 6 high will depend on the weight of the documents within each tray and the desk space available. We recommend testing stability with your specific load.
Each tray measures 253 mm in width, 63 mm in depth, and 337 mm in height.
Yes, the Durable Basic Letter Trays are available in a variety of high-gloss hues, including blue, clear, green, and white, in addition to this purple version.
While specific weight limits are not provided, they are designed to hold up to 500 sheets of A4 paper. Avoid placing excessively heavy objects on them that could cause deformation.
No, height spacers are compatible with these trays but are typically sold separately. They allow for adjusting the height between stacked trays.
Information regarding warranty periods is not available in the product description. Please refer to the retailer or Durable's official website for specific warranty details.
Yes, they can be used to organize various small office supplies, stationery, or other items, provided they fit within the A4 dimensions and do not exceed the tray's structural capacity.
Ensure trays are correctly aligned and fully seated on top of each other. Check for any debris or unevenness on the surfaces where they connect. If using height spacers, confirm they are properly installed.
Wipe the surface gently with a soft, damp cloth. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution and then wipe with a clean, damp cloth. Dry thoroughly with a soft cloth.
Confirm that the documents are indeed A4 size. These trays are specifically designed for A4 and similar letter sizes; oversized documents may not fit without bending.
Setup: The trays are designed for immediate use. Simply unstack them if they are nested and place them in your desired configuration on your desk or shelf. If using height spacers (sold separately), follow the included instructions for insertion between trays.
Compatibility: These trays are designed for A4-sized documents, standard letters, and paper. They are compatible with other Durable Basic letter trays and any compatible height spacers for stacking.
Care: To maintain the high-gloss finish, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, which can scratch or damage the surface. Ensure trays are dry after cleaning.
