The set includes a bicycle pump adaptor, but you will need to provide your own standard bicycle pump.
It is best used on soft, clean surfaces like carpet or grass. Avoid rough outdoor surfaces like concrete or asphalt to prevent tearing the plastic.
The ball is designed to reach a diameter of 310mm when fully inflated.
