The Valdern 150W Black Electric Heating Element is designed for installation in selected domestic decorative and towel radiators. This element can be used as electric only or in a centrally heated system (Dual Fuel) to provide heating of the towel rail when the central heating system is switched off. It features a protection device to prevent overheating and must be fitted vertically at the bottom of the radiator. The element should not be tested out of water. The work must be done to the standard in the Wiring Regulations and you should consider having work checked by a competent electrician to ensure it is safe. These heaters are suitable for use as stand alone electrically heated or with all Open Vented Central Heating Systems. If they are used with sealed central heating systems or combination boiler systems, it is essential that you establish that there is adequate allowance for expansion. Upgrade your bathroom towel rail with the Valdern 150W Black Electric Heating Element.
