The Ancol Double Sided Brush - Small is an ideal grooming tool for pet owners looking for a dual-purpose solution to maintain their small animal's coat health and appearance. It excels at both detangling mats and smoothing the fur for a polished finish, though its compact size means it is better suited for smaller pets or precision areas rather than large-breed full-body grooming.

Yes, the pin side is effective at catching loose fur and detangling, while the bristle side helps maintain a smooth finish.
Avoid submerging the wooden handle. You can lightly dampen the bristles for cleaning, but dry the base immediately to prevent water damage.
The pins are designed for grooming and are typically rounded to ensure they are gentle on your pet's skin.
Yes, Ancol produces the Heritage Double Sided Brush in a large size for bigger animals.
For most pets, a light grooming session every 2-3 days is sufficient to prevent tangles and keep the coat healthy.
Ensure you are using the pin side and working in small sections, starting from the ends of the hair and moving toward the skin.
Wipe the wooden handle with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove any natural oils or pet dander that may have built up on the surface.
Gently massage the bristles back into shape and store the brush so that the bristles are not pressed against hard surfaces.
No assembly is required for this brush; it is ready to use immediately. Compatibility is focused on small-breed dogs and cats. To ensure longevity, always remove trapped hair from the pins after each session using a fine-tooth comb. Wipe the bristles with a damp cloth periodically to remove accumulated dander. Because the handle is crafted from wood, avoid soaking the brush in water or leaving it in high-humidity environments, as this may cause the material to warp or degrade over time.
