Levels are unlocked through regular interaction, including petting, talking to your pet, and playing with it consistently over time.
Ensure you are speaking clearly and that there is no loud background noise. Move closer to the device to ensure the microphone picks up your voice.
Check the battery levels. Low power often leads to decreased motor performance and sensor sensitivity. Replace with fresh batteries.
Ensure the puppies are placed within a few inches of each other on a flat surface and that they are both powered on.
To begin, ensure the batteries are properly installed according to the battery compartment instructions. Since the Micropets series is designed for cross-interaction, this puppy is fully compatible with other figures in the Micropets line, including the Kitten and Bunny models. Keep the robot away from water or harsh chemicals, as the internal electronic sensors are sensitive to moisture. Periodically clean the outer shell with a soft, dry cloth to ensure the sensors remain free of dust and debris, which helps maintain consistent responsiveness during play.
