This all-purpose brush set offers a balance between price and quality, made with pure black bristle and SRT for improved performance, on an American maroon handle with a stainless steel ferrule. This set contains 2x 1.5" (38mm), 2x 2" (50mm) and 1x 3" (75mm) paint brushes suitable for all paints including water-based emulsions (eg. matt, silk, eggshell) and solvent-based gloss and satin, as well as woodstains and varnishes. The mix of natural bristle and pure synthetic filaments combines durability with a trade finish, with a medium full-bodied head that holds plenty of paint for quicker work. This entry-level trade-quality set is ideal as an everyday, 'workhorse' brush.
