Setup, Compatibility & Care
To ensure the best performance from your Korum Grappler hooks, store them in a dry environment to prevent any potential oxidation of the metal. When tying your rigs, the out-turned eye works exceptionally well with knots that exit the back of the eye, such as a standard Knotless Knot. Always check your hook point after each retrieve if you are fishing over rocky or debris-filled bottoms. Because these are made of high-grade carbon steel, ensure they are thoroughly dried if they come into contact with salt or brackish water. Regularly inspect the eye for any burrs that could compromise your hooklink material during a fight with a large fish.
