The Olympia Harley Dessert Fork is designed for professional caterers, restaurant owners, and home entertainers seeking a classic, elegant utensil for dessert service. These forks offer a high-polish, sophisticated aesthetic that elevates table settings while maintaining the durability required for intensive daily use; however, it is important to note that because they are crafted from 18/0 stainless steel, they require proper drying protocols to maintain their finish and prevent surface oxidation compared to higher-nickel alternatives.

These forks are made from 18/0 stainless steel, which contains 18% chromium and 0% nickel.
Yes, they are dishwasher safe, though we recommend immediate drying to preserve the high-polish finish.
Each Olympia Harley dessert fork measures 180mm in length.
This product comes in a pack containing 12 individual dessert forks.
While durable, these are specifically sized as dessert forks and may be smaller and lighter than standard dinner forks.
With proper care and maintenance, the high-polish finish will remain bright; however, abrasive cleaning tools should be avoided.
Hand-dry immediately after dishwashing and ensure the rinse aid dispenser in your dishwasher is filled.
Use a specialized stainless steel polishing cloth to restore the high-polish shine after long-term use.
Check that the cutlery is not being left to soak in water or contact with other dissimilar metals in the dishwasher.
For optimal care, it is recommended to rinse these forks immediately after use to remove food acids. While they are dishwasher safe, it is highly recommended to remove them from the machine immediately after the cycle concludes and hand-dry them with a soft cloth to avoid the appearance of water spots or surface tarnish. Store them in a dry, ventilated area. They are compatible with all standard professional and residential cutlery storage systems.
