Product Information
Full details
The Blagdon Clean Pond features an innovative foam-free design utilizing a 2-in-1 CHI pond filter media. This unique interlocking media acts as both biological and mechanical filtration, offering a lifetime guarantee and eliminating the need for replacement. It effectively serves as a replacement for traditional filter foams. Treating your pond is simplified with the Blagdon Clean Pond system's patented direct-to-filter pod dosing system. Using 5-in-1 Clean Pond Pods, soluble pods can be added directly into the center dosing chamber, introducing natural bacteria and enzymes into the oxygen-rich filter chamber. These work to consume pond sludge, clear blanketweed, and reduce overall filter cleaning. The cleansed water is returned to the pond, where remaining treatments target sludge or blanketweed within the pond itself. The pods also ensure tap water is safe during setup or partial water changes and provide nutrients for plants. Each filter includes an integrated UVC that combats algae in the water, clumping it for easier filtration. The filter also boasts an easy-to-use "no messy hands" cleaning handle.
