The set is designed to be stored within its original packaging which includes compartments for the 32 pieces.

Is this set suitable for tournament play?

What are the dimensions of the board?

The board measures 47 cm across when fully unfolded.

Are the pieces magnetic?

No, the pieces are designed for stability through their balanced weight and are not magnetic.

How should I clean the chess pieces?

Troubleshooting

Board does not lay perfectly flat.

Place the board under a heavy, flat object like a book for several hours to help reset the hinge.

Difficulty identifying specific piece roles (e.g., Bishop vs. Knight).

Refer to the base of the pieces, which typically features subtle engravings or distinct shapes to signify their rank.
