This blade is ideal for abrasive materials such as plaster, concrete, tiles, epoxy resin, and composite materials. It can also cut through harder woods and some plastics.

The blade features the Starlock interface, designed for Bosch Starlock and Starlock Plus multi-tools. While it may physically fit some other oscillating tools, optimal performance and secure attachment are guaranteed only with compatible Bosch Starlock systems.

The blade has a working depth of 30 mm and a working width of 32 mm.

After use, clean the blade with a dry brush or compressed air. For tougher residues, use a damp cloth and ensure the blade is thoroughly dried afterward to prevent rust or damage.

Replacement depends on the frequency and type of use. Inspect the blade regularly for wear. If you notice a significant decrease in cutting performance or visible damage to the TCT edge, it's time for a new blade.

While versatile for many tasks, its strength lies in abrasive and harder materials. For soft woods or very delicate cuts, other specialized blades might be more suitable to preserve the TCT edge and achieve a cleaner finish.

Ensure you are using a compatible Starlock or Starlock Plus interface. Check the tool's mount and the blade's interface for any obstructions or debris. Realign the blade and push firmly until it clicks.

The blade may be dull or clogged with material. Clean the blade thoroughly. If the TCT edge shows significant wear or damage, the blade needs replacement.

Ensure the blade is correctly seated and locked. Check that the multi-tool itself is in good working order. Using the correct speed setting for the material can also reduce vibration.
