Drybase Elasticiser is a liquid polymer that is added to Drybase Tanking Slurry to form an elasticised waterproofing slurry known as Drybase Elasticised Tanking Slurry. One 10 kg pack of Drybase Elasticiser is used for each 25 kg bag of Drybase Tanking Slurry. The addition of the Drybase Elasticiser polymer to Drybase Tanking Slurry provides elasticity and enhanced crack- bridging properties to the waterproofing slurry which has been successfully tested up to 7 bar. Strong adhesion, enhanced flexibility, crack-bridging up to 0.8mm width, high performing adhesive, flexible waterproofing. White but dries clear. Drybase Tanking Slurry E is a two component polymer modified, cementitious coating. It consists of Drybase Tanking Slurry (dry component) and Drybase Elasticizer (polymer component). A waterproof and elastic coating is achieved due to its composition of cement, graded quartz sand and selected additives, combined with the admixture component. Drybase Tanking Slurry E is suitable for areas of potential cracking. The initial and final bonding ability of Drybase Tanking Slurry E is excellent, making it suitable to be applied on horizontal as well as vertical surfaces. It is durable, resistant to frost and heat after setting and at the same time vapour permeable.
