It is generally recommended to finish charging before extended use to ensure longevity of the battery health.
Yes, the memory foam ear pads are designed to be user-accessible should you need to replace them after extensive wear.
No, you can use the UX5000 in passive wired mode even if the battery is completely drained.
Shibo is a traditional Japanese texture finish that offers a sophisticated look and tactile feel while being highly resistant to fingerprints.
Yes, the onboard controls allow you to trigger the default voice assistant on your paired smartphone.
Ensure that multipoint is enabled in your settings and that the first device is within range. You may need to disconnect the first device before the second one can be added.
If using LDAC, ensure the source device supports it. If connection quality is poor, switch to a lower bitrate codec or move closer to the source device to reduce interference.
To pair your UX5000, hold the power button until the indicator light flashes to enter pairing mode. From your device's Bluetooth menu, select 'UX5000'. For multipoint, connect the first device, disable Bluetooth on that device, pair the second device, then re-enable Bluetooth on the first.
For care, the Shibo finish is highly durable, but a light wipe with a dry, soft microfiber cloth is recommended to maintain the look. Avoid exposing the headphones to extreme moisture or rain. If you intend to store the headphones for an extended period, ensure the battery is at least 50% charged to maintain cell health.
