The Twin Air Pre-Oiled Air Filter is designed for Kawasaki KXF250 (2017-2020) and KXF450 (2016-2018) models. This filter provides maximum protection and airflow, achieved through a state-of-the-art oiling process where each filter is completely submerged in Bio-Oil and massaged to ensure even coating. The filter is then cured in a temperature-controlled room for optimal oil performance. It offers a mess-free, no-fuss installation straight from its resealable bag. Thanks to patented design and high-quality materials, Twin Air filters ensure top performance and protection for your motorcycle, chosen by EO manufacturers and leading riders worldwide. The filter features coarse open-pore foam to capture dirt and grime, and fine open-pore inner foam to trap small particles while maximizing air passage. An exclusively developed adhesive ensures glue seams remain intact. The thick, flat foam sealing ring provides maximum contact with the airbox and acts as a breathable gasket for increased airflow. Fused outer and inner elements prevent dirt from lodging between layers, unlike inferior two-piece designs. Trapped particles can restrict airflow, and if dirt enters the engine, it can cause damage to the cylinder, piston, and rings.
